Meet Our Staff

Sharon Greco

Sharon has been the Administrator of Festus Manor since March of 1985. She started in the long-term industry in 1978 and received her Administrator’s license in 1982. Sharon has a passion for long-term care and truly feels that this is where she is supposed to be. Sharon enjoys her relationships with her residents and families. Her knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare benefits make her residents’ transitions to the community a smooth and easy process. Sharon assists residents and families with Medicaid Applications and helps them with choices of private insurance. She welcomes tours and is always available for questions.

Marylin Dawson
Director of Nursing

Marylin has been working at Festus Manor since 2004. Using her multiple nursing degrees, she worked in a hospital for 6 years, but came back to her roots in long- term care. Marylin continues to obtain knowledge through educational courses and maintains her nursing and managerial skills.

Kelly Luther
Assistant Director of Nursing

Kelly Luther started at Festus Manor in March of 2005. She started as a floor nurse and treatment nurse, but took on her current role as ADON in 2009. As an RN, Kelly has worked in hospitals, but has found her passion in long-term care. Kelly’s compassion for the patients and their families makes her not only a highly skilled nurse, but an exceptionally caring one, as well. Kelly describes Festus Manor as her second home, a connection that shows in her work.

Bambi Haverstick
Staff Development Coordinator

Bambi has worked at Festus Manor since 2003, but has been an RN for 22 years. She also brings her expertise to the classroom, acting as an adjunct instructor for the CNA Program at Jefferson College. Bambi’s dedication to our facility as the Staff Development Coordinator ensures that all the CNA’s working at Festus Manor meet all training requirements, in order to provide the highest quality of care.

Tiffany Arnold
MDS Coordinator

Tiffany is a recent addition to our team at Festus Manor, taking on the role of MDS Coordinator in May of 2011. Tiffany’s nursing career began over 10 years ago in care facilities. A member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, Tiffany is a prime example of the knowledgeable staff we employ at Festus Manor.

Kelly Boden
Therapy Director (OTR/L)

Kelly graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2002 with a Bachelors of Health Science in Occupational Therapy, and began at Festus Manor shortly after. Kelly has an emphasis in geriatrics from completing additional courses in direct relation to the nursing home realm, which allows her to provide even more advanced care to our residents. She has been the director of the therapy program at Festus Manor for more than 5 years. Kelly and the therapy department take pride in helping residents achieve their maximum potential with functional mobility and self-care tasks.

Debbie Lyston
Business Office Manager

Debbie has been employed at Festus Manor since January of 1990 and has been a resident of Jefferson County all of her adult life. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Debbie also assists families with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. Debbie is the custodian of the resident’s trust funds and making sure we meet State criteria and are not cited for any misappropriations.

Debbie Hiatt
Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk

Debbie came on board with Festus Manor in 2006 as the Activities Director. She has been in her current position as the Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk for the past two years and has proven to be a valuable asset to Festus Manor. With her superior customer service, attention to detail, dedication and her multi tasking abilities she has proven time and time again that she is the right person for the job. Debbie began her professional life in the early childhood care development profession, always knowing she had a knack and passion to care for others. She took her knowledge from years of experience in education and applied it to creating mentally, physically, and socially stimulating activities for the residents and now she excels in her current position still helping others at Festus Manor. Debbie is always looking for new challenges and ways to improve herself and expand her knowledge.

Judy Cremeens
Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor

Judy has been employed by Festus Manor since July of 2003, returning after a short break from her position as housekeeper. Judy’s attention to detail provides efficient service and a clean environment for our residents. In addition, Judy helps decorate Festus Manor so that the resident’s have an environment that feels more like home.

Dennis Goodson
Maintenance Supervisor

Denny joined the team in 2010. Despite this being Denny’s first position in health care, his experience in maintenance and repair keep our facility running at the highest level in order to provide the best care for our residents.

Carol Finch
Dietary Supervisor

Carol has 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, and the last 3 have been with Festus Manor. Carol puts the utmost care and knowledge into implementing individual nutrition plans for each resident. She loves interacting directly with the residents, especially in the dining room, where her expertise shines.

Anita Gipson
Supervisor of Central Supply

Anita has been employed at Festus Manor since 1999. Anita started as a Certified Nurse’s Aide, moved to Restorative Aide, and then became the Supervisor of the Central Supply Department and Medical Records. With the addition of a separate position for coordinating the Medical Records, Anita now has the ability focus all her time on assuring that we have the best equipment to care for our residents.

Amanda Bell
Supervisor of the Medical Records

Amanda was hired in December of 2009 to help us transition all of our medical records to an electronic system. She maintains accurate computer records so that the nurses and physicians can access their diagnosis, medications and progress notes. While Amanda’s experience is more in technology, she has quickly embedded herself in long-term care and has become a favorite among the residents.

Richard Midgett
Staffing & Transportation Coordinator

Richard began at Festus Manor in 1991 as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and took on his current role in 2003. Richard assures that our residents make it to their appointments outside of the facility to get any needed services, and keeps the facility running efficiently by preparing the schedules for the nursing department.

Tracey Perry
Director of Social Services

Tracey Perry became a part of the Festus Manor Nursing Center family in January 2013, as the Director of Social Services with over 18 years of experience in the social work field. Educationally, she earned her Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2008 and her undergraduate degree in Social Work in 1995. She has earned endless certificates and educational credits in a wide range of continuing educational courses such as Dementia Mapping and certified Senior Care specialist. Tracey also came to us with over 22 years of military experience both active duty and reserves/guard; she retired with the rank of Major in 2007. Although her primary duties were logistics she maintained a strong presence in the social service field throughout her career. She additionally, remains very active in the community; she is a founding/active board member for Jefferson County Project C.O.P.E, active member at the local YMCA, volunteers with the local little league sports organization, registered volunteer with the school district and is CERT certified through the Herculaneum fire department. Through her wealth of knowledge and experience and her strengths-based, holistic approach to problem solving, it is Tracey’s mission to provide the best resident care as possible!

Michelle Soest
Nurse Practitioner

Nurse for 36 years.
Practiced as staff Nurse for 25 years in Cardiology/ Critical care

Employed at Jefferson Community College, Hillsboro, MO, as Director of Nursing Program for 20 years, and nursing educator for 5 years. She retired from Jefferson College in 2012.

Adult Nurse Practitioner for 12 years

Michele is employed by the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is free to Festus Manor Nursing Center for the next 3 years.

Research Project- Mo Quality Improvement Program with the use of INTERACT communication tools. The MOQI study is funded by the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid and being implemented through University of Missouri.

Purpose of the study is to prevent acute care hospital transfers of residents in long term care facilities.

With the utilization of the Interact tools, staff can be educated to communicate, assess and provide better care in long term care facilities.

Certificate as Adult Nurse Practitioner-University of Missouri-St Louis

She has lived in Arnold for the past 25 years. Loves cats, and currently has four sharing her home.

Her free time is spent gardening, reading and swimming for exercise. In her next retirement would like to start quilting again and belong to a book club, and gardening club.

Patti Mulvaney
MDS Coordinator

Patti has a BSN from Maryville University and prior to her employment at Festus Manor she spend the last 16 years of her nursing career in the education of CNA and CMT’s.

Lora Welsh
Activities Director

Lora Welsh started at Festus Manor in 2012. Using her many years of extended education and experience in the activities & recreational field, Lora believes in the person centered approach by maximizing residents past experiences to enhance their current quality of life involvement within our facility. Prior experience includes working in various levels of long and short term healthcare such as adult day care, residential, skilled living and acute rehab. Lora is a wife, mother, teacher and running enthusiast and believes in bring out the best in everyone, everyday.
