Becky Peterson
Interim Administrator

I have been a nurse for 18 years. I have worked in the emergency department and as a surgical nurse at Lutheran hospital, however most of my career has been in long term care. I was born and raised in Iowa and primarily in the Des Moines region. I became an RN in 2002. My experience in long term care has been an amazing ride. I became a Director of Nursing, then a traveling regional nurse and now pursuing my administrator license. I have a deep passion for people and working in healthcare. Healthcare has given me the opportunity to do what I love best. Helping people in times of need, getting them well, listening and providing many hugs. On the other side, from an operations standpoint I have I had the opportunity to work with many facilities and teams through trying times and providing guidance, teaching and structure. I enjoy spending time with family, have 3 kids, I love traveling and fishing.

Kelly Boden
Therapy Director (OTR/L)

Kelly graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2002 with a Bachelors of Health Science in Occupational Therapy, and began at Festus Manor shortly after. Kelly has an emphasis in geriatrics from completing additional courses in direct relation to the nursing home realm, which allows her to provide even more advanced care to our residents. She has been the director of the therapy program at Festus Manor for more than 5 years. Kelly and the therapy department take pride in helping residents achieve their maximum potential with functional mobility and self-care tasks.

Melissa Adams
Admissions Marketing Director

Melissa is new to Festus Manor and has been in the Healthcare field for 20 years. Before becoming an Admissions Coordinator, Melissa started out as a CNA and then became a Social Service Designee. She has 7 years experience in Admissions.

Tracey Perry
Director of Social Services

Tracey Perry became a part of the Festus Manor Nursing Center family in January 2013, as the Director of Social Services with over 18 years of experience in the social work field. Educationally, she earned her Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2008 and her undergraduate degree in Social Work in 1995. She has earned endless certificates and educational credits in a wide range of continuing educational courses such as Dementia Mapping and certified Senior Care specialist. Tracey also came to us with over 22 years of military experience both active duty and reserves/guard; she retired with the rank of Major in 2007. Although her primary duties were logistics she maintained a strong presence in the social service field throughout her career. She additionally, remains very active in the community; she is a founding/active board member for Jefferson County Project C.O.P.E, active member at the local YMCA, volunteers with the local little league sports organization, registered volunteer with the school district and is CERT certified through the Herculaneum fire department. Through her wealth of knowledge and experience and her strengths-based, holistic approach to problem solving, it is Tracey’s mission to provide the best resident care as possible!

Amanda Bell
Business Office Manager

In December 2009, Amanda Bell walking into Fesut Manor; this time as an adult instead of as a 6 year old little girl chasing her mom, Mary Kent, who was also one a medical record supervisor for Festus Manor. Amanda has maintained electronic medical records while working closely with the nursing staff and our facility physicians to assure the residents’ health information is accurate and meets the state requirements. 

While Amanda’s primary role wasn’t business office manager, Amanda felt the opportunity to extend her relationships and grow her knowledge was a great way to begin a new chapter here at Festus Manor. 

One of the many goals Amanda has implemented so far is responding and networking with residents and their loved ones. Amanda encourages residents and their families to contact the business office to reach a better understanding of their financials to ensure a smooth line of communication. We have a new team, new goals and have always had a concrete foundation. I am pround to be part of Festus Manor and look forward to the positive changes to bettwe your loved one’s experience.

Richard Midgett
Staffing Coordinator

Richard began at Festus Manor in 1991 as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and took on his current role in 2003. Richard assures that our residents make it to their appointments outside of the facility to get any needed services, and keeps the facility running efficiently by preparing the schedules for the nursing department.

Michelle Soest
Nurse Practitioner

Nurse for 36 years.
Practiced as staff Nurse for 25 years in Cardiology/ Critical care

Employed at Jefferson Community College, Hillsboro, MO, as Director of Nursing Program for 20 years, and nursing educator for 5 years. She retired from Jefferson College in 2012.

Adult Nurse Practitioner for 12 years

Michele is employed by the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is free to Festus Manor Nursing Center for the next 3 years.

Research Project- Mo Quality Improvement Program with the use of INTERACT communication tools. The MOQI study is funded by the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid and being implemented through University of Missouri.

Purpose of the study is to prevent acute care hospital transfers of residents in long term care facilities.

With the utilization of the Interact tools, staff can be educated to communicate, assess and provide better care in long term care facilities.

Education:

Diploma in Nursing from the Jewish Hospital School of Nursing in St. Louis, Mo.

Bachelors in Science of Nursing (BSN)-St. Louis University

Master in Science in Nursing (MSN)-University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Certificate as Adult Nurse Practitioner-University of Missouri-St Louis

She has lived in Arnold for the past 25 years. Loves cats, and currently has four sharing her home.

Her free time is spent gardening, reading and swimming for exercise. In her next retirement would like to start quilting again and belong to a book club, and gardening club.

Jeremy Roth
Maintenance Supervisor

I am very dedicated to our facility to keep it in proper working order. I come from a construction background, which greatly helps in the repair and maintenance of the building. 

My passion is to my family, both here at work and at home. I enjoy drag racing with my family in the free time as well as working on classic cars. 

Stacy Roth
Transportation/CNA

Stacy started at Festus Manor in April 2007 as a nursing assistant. She became certified a few months later. In 2009, Stacy started helping in transportation then in 2014, started doing the scheduling side. She enjoys taking residents out to appointments and spending the one-on-one time with them. Festus Manor has been her second home for the last 13 years and the residents are like family to her. 

Christina Inman
Accounts Payable

Christina joined the Festus Manor team in 2008. She has 18 years experience in long term healthcare. In addition to her current role in human resources and accounts payable, Christina has worked as a CNA/CMT. 

She has been married to her husband, Danny, for 11 years. Together they have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing and camping. 

Patti Mulvaney
CNA Educator

Patti has a BSN from Maryville University and prior to her employment at Festus Manor she spend the last 16 years of her nursing career in the education of CNA and CMT’s.

Leanna Luther
Laundry Supervisor

Leanna Luther has been in the medical field since 1995. She recieved her Certified Nurses Assistant certificate in March 1996. She worked in hospice prior to joining the Festus Manor family in 2006. She left the medical field for two years then returned to Festus Manor in 2014. Leanna transferred to laundry in 2015 and became the laundry supervisor in 2017. She accepted the position as Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor in january 2020.

Tracy Liles
LPN/MDS Coordinator

Tracy is a graduate of Jefferson College ADN Program in 1991. Worked 22yrs at Jefferson Hospital in medsurg, geriatric ,psych nursing, and wound care. Joined Festus Manor in 2011 furthering career in Long term care and currently has taken on new role as MDS Coordinator

Emma Espy
Nutrition Manager

Emma has 12 years of experience in the medical field. She started as a dietary aide but has also worked as a CNA, and Supply Coordinator. Emma is now working towards her CDM. Having worked in many areas of care has allowed her to gain the knowledge and understanding to help provide quality nutrition for clients. Emma loves getting to know her clients and help them towards their nutritional goals while building lasting relationships. 

Melissa Johnson
Central Supply

Hello, my name is Melissa Johnson and I have worked in the medical field since 1993. This is when i decided to go to college to receive my CNA. I have worked as a CNA up until 2017 when I went to college to become a CMT. I was recently promoted to central supply through my employer. I have worked with Festus Manor from 2012 to present. I also worked with Festus from 2000 to 2006. I look forward to continuing to work with this company!
